- David Hollingsworth won at the Court of Appeal for Ontario when represented and helped a family receive the maximum benefits for a young paraplegic woman who was being denied any insurance coverage. David fought for the family and the end result was that the family’s home insurance policy was made to pay for losses suffered when their daughter was visiting, fell through a balcony railing, suffered a spinal cord injury, and became a paraplegic.
