Erica McCarney

Erica joined David Hollingsworth Personal Injury Lawyers in October 2023, initially as a student following the completion of her law degree at Bond University in Australia. She graduated with a Juris Doctor, awarded with Distinction Class 1. At Bond, Erica received the First In Class Award in both Property Law and Canadian Administrative Law. Erica then completed her articles at the firm in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in March 2025.Erica’s focus is on civil litigation, particularly personal injury law. Erica is dedicated to advocating for her clients and guiding them through the complexities of legal disputes. Her passion for helping others is reflected in her approach, emphasizing clear communication and ensuring that clients feel informed and supported at every step of the legal process.

Outside of the office, Erica enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time on the soccer field or basketball court with her son, and enjoying the outdoors on the boat.
